Made-to-Order Products

Our apparel and accessories are produced specifically for each customer through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable law.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional cost when the issue is confirmed.

Cancellations

Because orders are submitted for production, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment whenever possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping packages when an incorrect address was provided.
